● 1988-1994 - Director of Vilnius 45th Secondary School;
● 1994-1999 - Manager at UAB Didžioji Aja;
● 1999-2001 - Director of the Lithuanian Audiovisual Media Archive.
● 2001 - present - Director of the  Lithuanian Central State Archives (LCVA)
